Wow its getting closer now...today (Saturday) we tidied and shopped and gardened and prepared for a time away. Last night we went to the Club Hotel and won a meat tray so this morning i packed it into meal sizes for the boys and included a little note on how to cook some of the unusual things like chicken cordon bleu and mini rolled roasts...they'll be chuffed when they find them.
I have some little prezzies to wrap tonight for my nieces and nephews, nothing flash but a little fun thing from Uncle Russ and Auntie Linda.
I've done a streamlined version of the chrissie cards to send, they're addressed and ready to go...Off to church tomorrow to say hooroo to our friends over a sumptuous brekkie at the beach house, then whats next on the list...aaaarh yes checking out the suitcaeses to make sure they're OK!
Now to enjoy a glass of red with the man and survey our work of the day......

This is a beaut way to journal what we do on our travels, keep in touch with family and friends; and when we get home...we'll combine the words and our photos to make one of those really snazzy photo books for the coffee table to bore our friends for years & years to come!!!!
